The fastest way to start is a short phone call with our care coordinator. Please do not send sensitive medical details by email — we will discuss those securely on the phone or at your appointment.

Parking

Free parking is available in the building's lot and on Long Beach Blvd. Suite 210 is on the second floor; elevator access is available from the lobby.

If you are coming for a repeated TMS course, ask the front desk about the most convenient parking spot for your usual appointment time.

Public transit

The clinic is served by Long Beach Transit. The Metro A Line at Wardlow Station is about a fifteen-minute walk south.

For patients traveling daily for a TMS course, we can help coordinate transportation logistics if rides or rideshares are part of your plan.

Accessibility

The building has step-free access from the parking lot and an elevator to the second floor. The waiting room and treatment rooms are wheelchair accessible.

If you have a specific accessibility need, please mention it on your intake call so we can prepare ahead of your visit.

What to expect when you arrive.

  1. Check in at the second-floor reception desk. Bring your insurance card, a list of current and past medications with doses, prior treatment notes if available, and any specific questions you want answered before deciding on a treatment plan.
  2. Meet with a care coordinator. Before your clinical evaluation, our coordinator reviews your insurance benefits, confirms the visit purpose, and answers practical questions about cost, timing, and what the evaluation will cover.
  3. Clinical evaluation with a psychiatrist or PMHNP. A 45 to 60 minute conversation about what has been tried, what worked, what didn't, and what makes sense as the next step — TMS, PrTMS, ketamine, EMDR, therapy, a medication review, or some combination. We don't rush this step.
  4. A written, measured plan. You leave with a plain-language summary of what was discussed, what is recommended, what it will cost after insurance, and what the next concrete step looks like.

Ready to talk through what has not worked?

The first call is short and practical. We ask about symptoms, prior treatment, insurance, and your schedule, and decide together whether a clinical evaluation makes sense.
